Service Description
We operate as a registered Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) regulated by the Reserve Bank of India. Our products and services include loans, insurance and similar financial services extended solely by us or in partnership with other RBI regulated entities. However, upon receipt of information from you, we do not immediately guarantee loan approvals, interest rates, or timelines, as all such determinations are made only after submission of complete information and documents by you, along with a completed application form and thereafter completion of credit appraisals and checks carried out by our officials and agencies empanelled by us.

By using this platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, an Indian citizen possessing valid government-issued identification (such as Aadhaar, PAN, or Voter ID), and legally competent to enter into binding contracts as defined under applicable Indian laws. Limitation of Liability
By using our platform, you acknowledge and agree that we shall not be held liable for any loan rejections, delays in processing or disbursal, or changes in terms or eligibility due to the new facts coming in our cognizance as the credit appraisal process is carried over a period of time. Furthermore, we disclaim any liability—direct or indirect, special, incidental, or consequential—that may arise from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, financial loss, missed opportunities, or service interruptions.
Your continued use of the platform signifies your agreement to these limitations and your understanding that all final decisions regarding loan approvals can be made only after completion of the appraisal process by us, our partner lending institutions and the agencies empanelled by us; and the decision regarding the third party products such as insurance lies solely with the companies providing these services.
Intellectual Property
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, software, and user interface elements displayed on this platform, is the exclusive property of the company or its authorized licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, display, transmit, or commercially exploit any part of this platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorized use of any material from this platform may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws and could result in legal action. Your use of the platform does not grant you any ownership or license rights to any of the intellectual property or proprietary content presented herein.
